DELIVERY DETAILS

Once the payment has been cleared, we will dispatch your goods according to availability.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch the item within the stated time frame, the customer will be notified immediately and given a new delivery date.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available, unless agreed so by Classique Furniture.

Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery

We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. The only exception to this is a selection of ‘Next Day Delivery’ items, which can be delivered on a Saturday for an additional charge.

Delivery will be to door only, all large items will be sent via Haulier,

the Haulier will contact the customer for confirmation of delivery,

time and date,

it is essential that the customer leaves the contact number,

without the contact number we are unable to dispatch the item.

Smaller items will be sent via Courier, and there method of delivery

is directly to your door without arrangements,

if for any reason the customer is unavailable the Courier will leave

behind their card, with the re-delivery date and their contact details
Classique Furniture will not be liable for any delivery delays

 IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY NOTES

If the item is in stock delivery will be between 5-7 Working days however due to high demand some items may be out of stock and have to be placed on back order. To avoid any confusion / misunderstanding over lead times it is advisable to check availability before ordering / bidding.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note: item must be checked before they are signed for on arrival.

If for any reason the item arrives damaged then we will accept returns as long as you have signed the document and quote “damaged” and also we are notified within 24 hours of the item arrival, customer can contact us via email or phone, and the item must be returned to us within the 7 day’s period.

Please note: if you do sign for the item to say that it is in good condition and then later discover that the item is damaged upon opening the packaging, we will not be liable for the replacement of the damaged goods, (please be aware of this).

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason he may, within seven working days of delivery, contact the Seller’s that he wishes to return some or all items from his order. The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods himself to the Supplier at his own cost or he may ask the Seller to collect the goods in which case he will be charged £40 which will be deducted from his refund, Please note that for selected items of leather upholstery there is a 50% cancellation/returns fee, any other item has a 20% re-stocking charge.

Any Postal Charges are non-refundable
