Please be advised that due to greater security at the border regarding postal products all "non-paper" lettermail has now been classified as "Light Packet" and contents must be declared on the package. All "Light Packet" products will continue to be shipped AIR as with all lettermail but there have been some reclassifications of weight catagories and marginal rate increases.
