Most of the time I use DHL couriers for delivery, or for smaller items Royal Mail. Couriers have signatures on collection and delivery, Royal Mail I always obtain proof of posting, with proof of despatch, as far as I am concrned, it is considered delivered.

Where items are listed as collect only, I will NOT spend time and expense packaging the goods for collection by courier. There is generally a reason I say collect only. If you are sending someone to collect, they will have to package.

I try to despatch within 2 working days of cleared payment, if there is a problem I will contact you to explain. Please allow 2-3 working days after despatch notification for goods to arrive.

Collection items

Please collect your items within 7 days. Any items left uncollected after 30 days without arrangement will be deemed to be abandoned and either relisted or disposed of. Refunds in this case will be at my discretion.

All sales are final, and I have a one word returns policy.... NO! Unless the item is blatantly not as described.

Items I sell are in a few categories:

NEW. The item is new, or as new, and has an exchange warranty.

TESTED. This has been tested as far as possible, and the results of the testing are given in the listing. No warranty.

UNTESTED. I have not tested this item, therefore it may or may not do what you want it to do.

IMPORTANT

When you buy computer equipment from me, you are buying the HARDWARE not software. Thde sale does NOT include operating system (unless stated) and computers will generally be delivered data-wiped to comply with DPA and WEEE regulations.

All equipment comes as described. Unless leads, cables, drivers and manuals are stated in the listing they are not included.
