We are authorised distributors for Classeq, Fagor, Prodis, Elframo, Maidaid, Sammic, Winterhalter, Lincat, Parry, Kinetico and many more. As such you can be confident that, if purchasing your equipment from us, the product is protected by the manufacturers warranty. Where a manufacturer’s warranty exists we consider you to still be our customer and as such, important to us. Credit or Debit Card: A call to our sales team on 0844 800 1282 is another quick and safe method of payment. Cheque, bankers draft or postal order: All accepted but delivery will be delayed until funds have cleared. Please make sure the e-mail address you have registered is current and correct. INVOICE & WARRANTY - Once delivery has been completed we will issue a full VAT Invoice which will either be e-mailed or posted soon after completion. The invoice will also show the warranty associated with the product purchased. Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed should you ever need to register a warranty claim. ShippingOnce payment is cleared we will ask our couriers for their earliest delivery slot,taking into consideration delays caused by weekends and holidays. Free delivery (where offered) applies to mainland UK only. *Deliveries to N Ireland, Scottish Highlands, all Islands plus rural and remote areas or other countries will be subject to additional charges. Please enquire before bidding if unsure. We will always ask our couriers to comply with any special delivery instructions you may have but please note, many of the items we sell are heavy and the courier will do ground floor drops only, and are not under any obligation to enter customers premises. It is your responibility to ensure that your purchase will fit through doors, over counters etc. All of our heavier items are delivered by a national courier service whose vehicles are equipped with tail lifts and specialist moving equipment. We will ask you for a contact number as our courier charges £15 for a missed delivery. On rare occasions when packages arrive they may appear to be damaged. In this situation you should ask the driver if he can wait a few minutes while you inspect the goods. If he will not wait, reject the package. If goods are accepted and subsequent damage is found you MUST inform us immediately, within 24 hours, and must not use the product. Photographic evidence of packaging and product damage will help decide which route to take for a resolution. TermsOur full terms of sale can be seen on our website at www.warewashers.co.uk/terms.shtml. ReturnsWe will accept any unwanted items for return provided we are informed within 48 hours of delivery and that they are unused and in any original packaging. Goods should then be returned to us within 7 days. Because of the costs a customer may suffer by having to return an unsuitable product we would rather spend as much time as needed helping you get your choice right first time. Please use the ebay messaging link, email us direct or call to ask any questions. If unused items still need to be returned it will be at the buyers expense. Following an inspection of returned goods a refund to your original payment method less our original delivery, and any subsequent collection costs and a 20% restocking fee ( which is in place to also cover our ebay commission charged to us and any credit card merchant fees). If requested we can arrange collection with our own couriers and recover costs from the refund due. Any orders where payment has been made and the order subsequently cancelled prior to dispatch may lead to costs being incurred if the original payment involved a credit card as card merchant services generally charge 2-3% to handle the transaction.
