PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

• Please make payment within 5 days of end of auction or item will be re-listed and negative feedback left.
• If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us prior to leaving negative feedback.  Our priority is to resolve any issues in a speedy and reasonable manner.
• We only accept Paypal for overseas purchases and apologise in advance if this causes inconvenience.
• We can discount shipping for multiple items, however, for overseas purchases if total parcel value exceeds £34 then an additional £3.50 will be added for signed for shipping with insurance.  Please ask for a quote for shipping prior to bidding specifying which items you are interested in
• You do not need to remind us to leave feedback for you. We value your custom and will leave feedback usually within 7 days of dispatch but due to volume of transactions this can sometimes be delayed slightly
• Your item will automatically be dispatched within 48 hours of payment.  I would be grateful if you do not make enquiries about non receipt of your item until at least 7 days have passed.
• Unfortunately I cannot make guarantees with regard to timescales for overseas postage as this can be very unpredictable.  If you are in a hurry to receive an item overseas please do not bid.
• Occasionally we are able to make second chance offer for goods as we buy some items in larger quantities. We are not up to anything underhand.
