RETURNS
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size etc, please email us first to confirm that we have the item you want in stock. You may exchange an item up to 14 days after purchase. We do not refund postage but do not charge it on exchanges either.
DVDs must be returned with wrapper seals intact.
Auction items may only be exchanged or returned if faulty, or by prior agreement with ourselves.
All ‘Buy It Now’ items may be returned for a refund within 14 days, providing that we are informed of your intention to return the item (in writing e.g. Email) within 7 days. We do not refund on postage costs unless the goods are being returned as faulty. Any faulty items may be returned for exchange or refund as per your normal statutory rights.
Any items returned should be traceable, and a proof of posting is the minimum acceptable level of posting. If we do not receive a return item you will be responsible for claiming for the loss from Royal Mail or other courier you have used.
