Simple, automatic operation
Simply place the cuff correctly on the wrist, switch on the unit by pressing the start key and the unit will inflate the cuff automatically. The unit will then display your systolic, diastolic and heart pulse. Package includes: Wrist blood pressure monitor, operating manual, storage case and batteries

Systolic blood pressure is the 1st reading taken and measures the maximum pressure exerted as the heart contracts, while the 2nd reading indicates diastolic pressure, a measurement taken between beats, when the heart is at rest.
