The Jennings/Jscale Mastership parcel scale is brand new to the UK and comes as standard with some great features.

Imagine a 25Kg scale capable of weighing down to just 2 gram increments with its dual resolution feature, something quite rare in scales in this price range. This helps to cover several different weighing duties without having to spend money and space on having more than one scale.

Another nifty feature of the mastership-55 is the ability to tilt the backlit display to an easier to view angle.

The Hold feature makes using the scale with larger parcels a breeze as you can now simply press the hold button, take off the weight from the platform and still see what was on the display before.

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal, other payment methods e.g. cheques & debit/credit cards, are also accepted, please include your invoice when posting payment. There will be a delay whilst we are waiting for a cheque to clear if that is your chosen method of payment.

Debit/Credit Card Payments accepted for UK Customers only, please email us at sales@scalesonline.co.uk with your ebay ID, name and your telephone number and we will ring you to take the payment.

Currently, all our prices on ebay include VAT at the current rate.

A VAT receipt is sent out with all our goods for your records.

Shipping & Returns Information

All goods ordered from us are typically shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00PM on a next day delivery service via UPS.

If you live outside of the UK Mainland, which covers Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Offshore Islands, please allow 3-5 days delivery as we will send out via the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service to keep costs down.

Once an order has been placed you will be kept up to date on the status of your order through email.

For items that are no longer required or not to the users liking, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Only then will you receive a refund.

For items that are delivered damaged or non-working, we will endeavour to send you out a replacement immediately and collect the damaged item at the same time. Please report receipt of damaged goods to us immediately and if applicable sign the couriers paperwork as item damaged.
