Short note on returns
A charge of 15% (min £3) restocking charge will be made for any returns (unless an item is faulty). Refunds (sent back at your cost/risk) will be minus original P&P.
Cut Cable does not qualify for return.
Questions
If you have a general question, do not hide your email address, you will not get a reply if you do.
If a question relates to a purchase you have made, please supply your name, address and date of purchase. You will not get a reply if you do not.
Delivery
we regret we are unable to give timed deliveries. We will not guarantee delivery for any particular time or day etc, even if requested to do so. Any delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be 2 to 5 working days from the clearance of payment. We use many different couriers including Royal mail. Means of delivery and courier is entirely at our digression and may or may not present the need for a signature.
¨ IMPORTANT: Please note that some items may not fit through a standard letter box and some items require a signature. In this case goods may be held at your local sorting office. Please contact the sorting office to rearrange a delivery time.
The postman should leave a card but in our experience goods will be held in post office, even if you did not get a card!
¨Please add your Phone Number with your address in Paypal and Ebay, which helps the courier company to find you address or contacting you before the delivery of the expensive / big items SPECIALLY THE HOUSE WHICH HAS NAMES INSTEAD OF NUMBER
¨ If the items are returned to us due to the wrong address or the not collected from the post office / courier company, then YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE AGAIN to be redelivered.
The seller is NOT responsible for delivery time we post quickly to try & ensure items arrive quickly but we don't control the Post Office
A purchase implies acknowledgement and agreement of these conditions.
