The P1-Vapor is a complete digital display unit that is E-Marked and illuminated making it fully road legal which shows your actual speed and top speed reached on the journey, engine revs, clock, stopwatch, distance covered (both total and trip), running time and ambient/engine temperature. All displayed in one unit that is backlit and very easy to fit and set up. The wiring simply requires connection to the vehicle power to feed the unit and drive the backlight, then a feed from an induction loop around a plug or H.T. lead to trigger the rev counter (Tacho), a connection to the temperature sender unit (supplied) for the temperature gauge and then a connection to the magnetic trigger for the Speedo. The supplied magnetic trigger consists of a pickup which has to be mounted near a moving wheel hub or drive shaft onto which the trigger magnet is mounted, the unit is then calibrated by setting the distance covered when the magnet completes one revolution. The unit is then ready for use. The unit dimensions are 107mm x 60mm x 24mm.
