Gorgeous Diesel Punched Ankle Boots, size 7.  Comes with the Diesel box and Diesel dust bag.

Worn once, very briefly outside. 

These were bought for me by my husband but they are too high for my taste (since having a baby I am no longer able to wear high heels!) They cost him over £80 at the beginning of the year, but I have seen them recently retail for £52.99.
