Return Policy :

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

When making returns be sure to:

• Enclose a copy of the sales receipt when sending item back.
• Return all items- Box, Chain, Appraisal Card, etc.
• Returned merchandise must be unaltered.

All returns made more than 20 days after receipt are subject to a restocking fee.

5% Restocking fee on any items returned more than 20 days after receipt.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance are not refundable

Any items returned more then 30 days after receipt, are subject to a 25% restocking and are accepted at our discretion.
