A used Dewhurst reversing switch for lathe or milling machine, it was removed from a Centec milling machine i bought recently but would be equally at home on a myford or other lathe or mill.

Its in working order, but the aluminium face plate has been cleaned with solvent and this has removed the printed lettering for "Forward" "off" and "reverse" you can still make it out, but its faint. It could be painted back on or stickers used or just left to common sense to push the lever in the correct direction!! It could also benefit from a repaint in your machines colour. please see picture.
