This listing is for a brand new dewalt router bit so quality is assured.

This is a self guiding cutter for rounding over edges and does not require use of a side fence. A perfectly rounded edge can be achieved or a quirk / step can be produced by adjustment of the height of the cut. A full round / bull nose for stair treds can also be produced by taking a 2nd pass from the opposide side of the workpiece. 

The shape of the cut is depicted within the picture and key dimensions are as follows:

  • Bearing: 10mm Dia
  • Shank - 12mm Dia
  • Max width of cutter 51mm (2")
  • Depth of overall cut / profile 26mm
