• Standard International orders are shipped HONGKONG Post First Class and Priority International Mail The same cost to all buyers. Shipping and Handling fee covers packing, warehouse and distribution cost.
• Our standard service is not guaranteed to come with tracking ability. Item will be shipped to you from our Hong Kong office by Air Mail or Registered Air Mail( http://www.hongkongpost.com)
• Hong Kong Postal Service Express delivery is also an option. If you choose this method your order will be expedited, it will include a tracking number. Additional insurance is not available.
• Payments are processed in the order in which they are received the day AFTER payment clears. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your shipment will typically leave our warehouse within 4 business days from when your payment clears. Larger shipments exceeding 60 items will typically leave our warehouse within 5 business days. If an order is delayed for any reason you will be contacted. (Email us annashop@sina.com if not receive items after 21 working after full payment sent.)
• We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
