I always give my customers 100% five star service.  My aim is to give you an enjoyable and easy shopping experience.

Postage

I offer a postage service to suit your needs, the choice is yours! I have a different price on all of my items for standard first class, first class recorded or special delivery and I also ship worldwide via Airmail. 

Please bear in mind INSURANCE IS LIMITED TO VALUE COVERED BY ROYAL MAIL

I will only be able to refund for what the item is covered for by Royal Mail, if your item is lost in the post. For example, If purchasing an item of £34.00 or more it would be advisable to use Special Delivery as you would be covered for up to £500.00. Please select when purchasing item the type of postage you require.

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail and are sent off within 3 working days after payment has been received and all monies are cleared. Although I try to send items as quickly as possible

Returns policy

All items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was sent out. No reason is necessary.  Postage costs however will not be refunded unless you have been sent the wrong item or the item has been inaccurately described.  You will also be responsible for postage costs to return the item to me.
