• Bidding/Buying: All purchases are final - you are buying the item listed in the title - all actual measurements are provided below the description - If you need further clarification, please e-mail before committing to a purchase - If you missed the auction, we are likely to have it in stock.

• Insurance & Lost Parcels: We can only take action after 7 working days when the parcel is likely to have been returned to us. We will then replace all lost parcels depending on the stock availability - Royal Mail will only entertain a loss claim after 30 days. In some cases a full refund will be possible only then. 1st Class Recorded insures up to £28.00.Courier Service Delivery insures up to £250.00 - all International parcels are fully insured to the value of the order.

• Faulty Items: We will replace, exchange or refund any damaged or faulty items returned to us in their original condition with our prior approval. If you return an item without our approval - you forfeit your refund.

• Returns & Exchanges : If you wish to return an item for any other reason, we will review each case individually. And a we will refund only the cost of the item. (Excludes Shipping & Insurance) A restocking fee of £5.00 per item may apply depending on the case and the state of the returned item. Please also note that for returns on personal reasons, only orders of a value of £5.00 and over will be considered.
