Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee! Returns for refund or store credit of purchase price LESS shipping are accepted.
**Postage to return an item that was purchased with Free Shipping will not be refunded.**.
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, returns for full refund will be accepted.

To ensure fast and uninterupted service, returns must be received back no later than 14 days from confirmed delivery date and must include your return merchandise authorization (RMA #)on the outside of the package or it will be refused. Refunds are typically completed with-in 5 business days of receipt of your returned item(s). Condition of all returns must be unwashed, unworn, pet dander free, with tags attached if applicable and in full re-sellable condition.
