Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 5 working days.
This item is available for shipping within the United Kingdom only.
All items are shipped to the address you have provided via the checkout.
All items will require a signature on receipt so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
On larger goods such as baths, bathroom suites etc the courier driver may require someone to help.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. 
Goods that arrive damaged must be refused upon delivery. 
Signiture of goods is acceptance that they have arrived in perfect condition. 
Any subsequent claim of damage will be disregarded.

FAQ's

Q - Can I combine more than one item under the same shipping charge? 
A - Yes it's our policy to only charge you once. Wait until you have won all the items you require, then pay for them all at the same time under the same payment. This will mean you only pay one shipping charge, whichever is greater. 
Q - Can I collect?
A - You are welcome to collect 5 days a week from 10am - 4pm. A collection reference will be issued upon request and goods will be available for collection within 24 hours. 
Q - Can I pay over the phone?
A - You are welcome to pay over the phone via our secure streamline payment terminal. We will be happy to discuss any other queries with you.
