to return this item you must notify me of your reasons for return on the day of receipt and a return must be agreed by ourselves before sending the item back. Once a return is agreed the item must be sent back within 2 days in the same condition and packaging as received with all tags intact and by trackable post eg recorded delivery at your own expense. A 10% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund. Refunds given on item cost only no postage costs are refundable either way. Refunds are paid via paypal within 7 days.
