THE ORDERING PROCESS

 Once your order is complete, your edible icing sheet will be printed using our printer with edible inks. We will carefully put your edible artwork straight into a grip seal bag to protect it.  It will then be placed in a protective hard back envelope to protect in transit, then its on its way to you!!

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR EDIBLE PRODUCTS 

The edible inks that we use, have passed the EU food hygiene requirements. 

The ingredients of our Wafer Rice Paper is as follows: Potato Starch. Water Vegetable oil.  The paper has a 12 month shelf life as long as they are stored correctly in the grip seal bags supplied by us. Storage Dry + 15 c  - + 20 c

 The ingredients of our Decor Icing paper is as follows: Starch, Maltodextrin, Glycerin, Sugar, Stabilizers, E460i, E491, E471, Food Colour E717, Flavours, Preservative E203, Saccharin, Citric Acid.   This icing paper has approx 2 year shelf life providing they are stored correctly.  Storage  Cool and Dry between 18 and 20 oC

Perfect Cupcakes

• 110g Butter or Margarine
• 110g Caster Suger
• 110g Plain Flour
• 2 x Medium Free Range Eggs
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder

Preheat the oven to 180c fan / 200c / gas mark 6. Place all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl and blend together using an electric wisk until light and fluffy. Approx 2 min.

Arrange about 15 paper cases inside two fairy cakes racks, and fill then 2/3rds full with the cake mixture.

Bake for 17 - 20 minutes until risen and springy to the touch, then remove and leave to cool.

Once cooled, make iciing according to box and place toppers on top.
