Remote Assistance offers a fair trade returns policy based on the Sales of the Goods Act (as amended). We will exchange or refund your money on faulty goods. Send us an email telling us what is wrong and we will ask you to return the item to us. Once the item is received we will either send out your replacement or refund the item cost. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of the postage and packing.
Customers wishing to return non-faulty goods must contact us via email to explain what they are returning and why they are returning it. Refunds will only be given on faulty goods therefore we will exchange your products for alternative goods up to the same value. For more expensive goods the customers must pay the difference. These returns will also carry a £3.00 re-stock fee (which includes the £2.49 P&P for the replacements).
Whilst every effort is made to ensure product compatibility we can not be held responsible to any errors; however if Remote Assistance has stated that an item is compatible and it isn't then we will issue a refund for the goods or an exchange for the correct item.
All goods returned to Remote Assistance must be in their original packaging, in the same condition that they were received in and returned within 14 days of receipt, unless returned under warranty. All goods returned under warranty will be either repaired of exchanged at the discretion of the management.
Because Remote Assistance is a trader none of the above affects your statutory rights in any way.
