Payment:
It goes with saying, that we pay the eBay fees. Prices are inclusive of VAT. You can make payments from within the EU for the same costs as a domestic bank transfer by correctly using the IBAN / BIC codes. Any additional international payment charges are to be paid by the customer.
Note: For liability reasons, our packages are always shipped insured, irrespective of the size or price of the product. It is not possible for the goods to be collected by the customer!
Shipping:
We ship immediately after receiving the payment. Please bear in mind that a bank transfer can take three to five workdays. The delivery time for a package varies from country to country. Please take this delivery time into consideration. The delivery will be accordingly delayed if there is a weekend or a bank holiday in between.
The shipping costs correspond generally to those quoted and shown separately in the offer. It is not always possible to despatch the items together if you have purchased in multiple auctions. A collective shipment is only possible as long as the maximum weight and dimension is not exceeded. In this case, you will be charged reduced costs. If the weight of the shipment exceeds 50 Kg, we have to separate the goods and ship them as two packages (over 100 Kg > 3 packages etc.) The packing and shipping costs are thereby increased accordingly.

Right of Withdrawal:
Right of Withdrawal and Consequences of Cancellation
according to § 5 e ff KSchG (Austrian Consumerism Law)
- Consumers in terms of the Austrian KSchG (Consumerism Law) can withdraw from the contract concluded with Bambino World via eBay portal up to expiry of the terms mentioned under points 2 and 3. It is sufficient if the cancellation statement is sent off within the term.
- The cancellation term amounts to seven working days whereas Saturday is not considered to be a working day. With regard to contracts concerning delivery of goods the term begins with the day of arrival at the consumer, with respect to contracts concerning performance of services with the day of conclusion of the contract.
- If the contractor (enterpriser) has not attended to his duties of information ac-cording to §5d paragraph 1 and 2 KSchG, the cancellation term amounts to three months, from the date mentioned in point 2. If the contractor does not attend to his duties of information within this term, the term mentioned in point 2 regarding the execution of the right of withdrawal begins with the date of transmission of the information by the contractor.
- The consumer does not have any rights of withdrawal in respect of contracts con-cerning
- services, the performance of which is started in favour of the customer within seven working days (point 9.2 first sentence) from conclusion of the contract according to the agreement,
- goods or services, the prices of which depend on the development of rates at the capital markets, on which Bambino World does not have any influ-ence,
- goods, which are produced according to customer specifications that are definitely adapted to personal needs which are not suitable for a return as a result of its nature and which can deteriorate quickly or the expiry date of which would be exceeded,
- audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered goods have been unsealed by the consumer,
- newspapers, journals and magazines with the exception of contracts con-cerning periodical brochures (§26 paragraph 1 number 1 KSchG),
- betting and lottery services as well as
- house deliveries or leisure-services (§5c paragraph 4 number 1 and 2 KSchG).
- In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits shall be returned according to §5 e KSchG. Goods to be dispatched by parcel/package-mail must be sent back by the consumer; goods that are not adapted for package-mail are picked up by Bambino World at the consumer´s address. The consumer has to bear the costs of return of the product.
