If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact Pentagon Direct within 14 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

When returning an item(s) please use the returns ID Number. Please send returns by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We are happy to cover the cost of return when the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Regrettably, should you change your mind about an item after receipt then, you will be responsible for the returns postage.   

Seven Day Cooling Off Period:
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days commencing the day after the day the item is delivered.  Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will only refund the cost of the item.   

Products which are exempt from the Seven Day Cooling off Period:  
Digital items (such as memory cards), when the items have been used.  Also DVD, audio, video games and software products when the item has been unsealed. Regrettably, we are not able to accept a return for these types of products.  Please contact us in advance of your purchase should you require any further information. 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
You may return any item that is faulty or damaged when received and we will offer you either a refund or replacement, if available. We will initiate a refund once we have received and processed the item. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us and we will issue you with a returns number. In these instances we will cover the cost of the returns postage.

Defective goods will be replaced with equivalent products should the original product be out of stock.   All unsatisfactory items must be returned within 14 days.   After which it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve issues relating to faulty goods.
