Payment

We only accept payment via Paypal (and don’t charge for it). If you want to pay by credit card you can do so through paypal, even without having a paypal account.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay us through Paypal, simply follow the on screen instructions and give your credit card and address details on the Paypal payment page.

If you have any problems with paying online please telephone us on 01434 600100 and we will talk you through the process which is very simple. Please note- We do NOT accept cheques, postal orders or cash as we are an on line trading company

Delivery

Please provide a daytime delivery address and contact telephone number. A signature will be required for delivery. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods

 

The delivery cost detailed is for UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands. For delivery charges outside this area please contact us.

 

All items are in stock and will be delivered by Amtrak within 3 working days of payment being cleared, however the majority arrive next day as shown in our feedback.

 

In the unlikely event of damage please detail any damage to either the product or packaging with your signature on delivery.

Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their order as we are an online trading company set up for mail order only.
