Shipping Times
We normally ship items within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payments. Sometimes security checks can delay shipments but we will always email you when your payment has been received/cleared and once again when we ship the item so you can expect it. UK deliveries are sent out with FedEx/ANC Express for next day service. Overseas deliveries are sent out with various couriers depending on your preference of cost and delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks. If quick delivery is required please use the "get-It-Fast" option if available.

Collections
We are primarily a mail order company. Collections are only allowed for items over £500 (ex VAT) or for big/bulky items over 15kg. We do not keep items on premises for security reasons and appointments must be made via email for all collections.

3 MONTHS RTB WARRANTY WITH NDC
If the develops a fault, simply return it to us in the original condition and we will repair,replace or refund you the full purchase price, (excluding delivery costs). The refund will be processed once a mutual agreement is made through eBay.

In a lot of cases, branded roducts usually have a longer manufacturers warranty.
