Item Description 

All of our items have been donated to our environmental project by local businesses. We do not always know the working history of these items, but have given all the information we have available and do our best to be as accurate as possible. Products are categorised into two main groups.

1. TESTED Where possible we have tried to test the item to the best of our abilities and our findings will be listed. If within seven days you find the item is not as described, it can be returned (at the buyers expense), we will then refund the purchase price and outward postage. We cannot refund the return postage.

2. SOLD AS SEEN If we find an item is incomplete, appears to have a fault or other problem we will sell the item ‘for spares only’ or ‘sold as seen’. Therefore we are unable to guarantee these items and cannot accept returns.

Postage Costs

Our postage costs are based on our courier's charges to mainland UK, the costs could increase or decrease depending on your location. Please contact us before you send payment to get exact postage cost.  Please note that if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland the postage costs for Heavy items will be very high.  Please note we are not available to pack and send items on Mondays and Tuesdays

All of our items are available for collection. We are open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am until 4pm. If you choose to collect your item please make sure you pick it up within 2 weeks of the end of the auction. We will have to charge a fee for storage otherwise as we have limited space. Thank you for your understanding.  Please advise when you intend to pick up, out of hours collections may be considered.

Customer Care

We do try our best to honestly describe our items, however we may miss something so if you are unsure about something please email us.  If you are bidding on an auction for a particular part of an item, perhaps for a spare, it may be worthwhile confirming this part is intact.  In some cases you will have a better understanding of the item than we do ourselves.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you receive or the condition of your item please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
