PAYMENTS

• PayPal – goods dispatched same day, if payment cleared before noon Mon-Fri except holidays.
• Postal Orders ( uncrossed )
• Bank Transfers and Bank Drafts depending on your bank ( we use Barclays Bank ) takes 2-5 working days to clear.
• Cash paid over counter into our bank account shows same working day, if paid before end of business day.
• Goods are dispatched immediately for Payments cleared before noon, Mon-Fri.
• If no payment received within seven days Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with e-bay automatically ( this can be still removed if payment reaches us in good time ).

VAT

• VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE @ 15%, we always supply a VAT invoice with goods.
• VAT registration number GB 752 2434 48.

SHIPPING

• All items must be paid in full, funds cleared ( including product price, shipping & handling ) for goods to be dispatched.
• We take extreme care when packaging goods; use plenty of packaging materials to ensure safety of goods in transit.

• Please also note, we do NOT send courier items to BFPO addresses.
• Please check your parcel carefully when it arrives.
  In the unlikely event that packaging appears damaged and/or it's obvious that the contents have also been damaged
  please sign as damaged / unchecked.You will need to notify us of any damage within 24 hours othervise we will not be able to claim compensation.
• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We may be able to send certain items outside UK ( excluding items listed with courier delivery option ), please e-mail us to see if item can be sent abroad, and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Full address ( including Postal Code ) required for a shipping quote.

Warranty

Returns

• We supply all 2nd User equipment with 2 weeks hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.
• Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.
• Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 14 days of purchase and we will try to help resolve any problems.
• If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail.
• RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.
• Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
• We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number.
• Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available.
• If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund.
• If customer does not want replacement at this stage, re-stocking of 20% minimum £5 will be applied before refund.
• If goods returned are found not faulty £5 fee for re-testing and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back.
• We will withhold a fee of 20% minimum £5, for non-faulty items accepted for return ( shipping non refundable ). This includes items purchased in error, incompatible items, unwanted items etc.
• Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non refundable / non returnable.  
• Buyer pays for the cost of returning the item, whatever the reason may be. There are no exceptions.
