We sell a lot of used PC items that we do not have time to test and as such they will not have returns or refunds on those items it will state clearly if the item listed is returnable.

Inspiron 500m, 600m, 8500, 8600, Latitude D500, D600, D


We prefer to take payment via Paypal we will also accept payment via cheque postal order or cash on collection. All items paid for by echeque via Paypal or cheques are subject to clearance before item is sent out to any customers. All transactions are final and are not subject to any refunds unless we agree that there is exceptional circumstance to be considered. Any refunds to be issued for non delivered items will not be paid for 28 days to allow the post office time to return the item to us.

Our postage costs reflect all charges made by ebay and paypal and packaging we DO NOT FEEL we have high postage costs for the items we sell so please DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEED BACK. All items are sent out within 7 days of final payment completion all items are sent by us as quickly as possible we try not to overcharge for delivery and some cases we will send via a courier most items are sent royal mail first class. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery and check with your local post office to see if the item has been left there as a lot of our stuff will not fit in your letter box. We are very serious about ebay and we will block any member from buying from us if they say they have not received an item as no one ever has any problems with delivery and members who try and con us are not welcome.
