like hairline scratches, mild smoothing due to human touch, etc.

No nasty surprises! The cosmetic condition of the laptop is very decent as the photographs indicates.

The battery holds charge, however as it is a consumable we can not comment on battery life.

The laptop was loaded after formatting clean for safety and security.
