Shipping Times
We normally ship items within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payments. Sometimes security checks can delay shipments but we will always email you when your payment has been received/cleared and once again when we ship the item so you can expect it. UK deliveries are sent out with FedEx/ANC Express for next day service. Overseas deliveries are sent out with various couriers depending on your preference of cost and delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks. If quick delivery is required please use the "Get-It-Fast" option if available.

Collections
We are primarily a mail order company. Collections are only allowed for items over £500 (ex VAT) or for big/bulky items over 15kg. We do not keep items on premises for security reasons and appointments must be made via email for all collections.

1 Year RTB WARRANTY WITH NDC
If the item develops a fault, simply return it to us and we will repair or replace the unit within the warranty period. Items can only be refunded if returned within 7 days and in the original condition.

7 Day Money Back / Return Policy
If you wish to return the item to us for a refund for whatever reason within 7 days of you receiving it, please return it to us in the original condition sent to you and we will process your refund within 7 days of receipt back to us. Please ensure the item is packed and addressed adequately as the costs/responsibility of returning the item back to us will be yours. We cannot refund on any items either not received back or received back damaged or have missing items
