My Main Aim is for everything to run smoothly however I do accept sometimes things can go wrong here is how I would look after you if they do Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem If I have not listed the item correctly (missed any significant details) then I will refund you in full If the item is damaged in transit please send photographic evidence and send a description of the damages to me please store the item while I proceed with a claim against the carrier presuming insurance has been taken If you are unhappy for any other reason I will accept the item back in the same condition as when sent to you but will need to deduct a 15% restocking fee or £5 from the balance also shipping costs will be deducted too Refunds will be given in the same way as payment received be it Paypal or cheque (postal orders will be refunded by cheque)
