It's for week 49 ( usually first week in December ) Sunday to Sunday. The luxury lodge has 4 bedrooms & sleeps 8 very comfortably. It's known as the SuperLodge because it features a sauna & has the best view of Loch Lomond from the balcony in the living room. Cameron House is a beautiful 5 Star hotel & has just gone through a multi million pound refurbishment. As a resort owner you have full use of the leisure facilities in the hotel. Just a mile down the Loch is another DeVere estate called The Carrick which features a championship golf course & a luxury spa with a roof top infinity pool with views over the Loch. The hotel provides a free transport service between the two resorts. The value of the lodge to buy from DeVere is £10,500. DeVere Resort Ownership is a member of Interval International so the week can be exchanged for other timeshare resorts accross the world or the other DeVere resorts in England, I've included some text from the DeVere website along with the link where the other resorts can be viewed. The setting & the quality of the Cameron House & Carrick Estate is amazing, i'm really upset to have to sell the lodge but unfortunately needs must. The current maintenance fee for the lodge is approximately £500 per year. If you were considering it as an investment to rent out the week then the average cost is £850 - £1,000 for the week.
