The Bike City Shop offers a seven working day returns policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
A buyer can inform The Bike City Shop of his or her wish to return an item, for any reason, within seven working days after the date on which the buyer received the item.
Provided: (a) the buyer sends the item back to The Bike City via a postal service that is insured, recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) and trackable online; and
(b) the item is undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition (defined as: - item is complete with all packaging, item is unused and has all seals and protective covers intact), The Bike City Shop will accept this return and refund to the buyer the full purchase price, including all postage costs previously paid by the buyer in connection with the purchase of the item.
Please note: If you have used the item, the packaging or item is incomplete, the item has broken seals or has any protective covers removed then you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The Bike City Shop will not provide a refund for any item lost during the return delivery process.
In relation to returned items that are defective or significantly not as described, The Bike City Shop will refund buyers' postage costs for returning the items.
In relation to items that are simply unwanted, The Bike City Shop will require buyers to return the items at their own expense. |
