Wolfgang Petersen`s DAS BOOT is regarded as one of the most outstanding and accurate representations of Germany`s elite U-Boat crewmen during World War II. Told from the German perspective the crew aboard U-96 are portrayed in a hopeless life-and-death struggle coping with the endless hours of loneliness and desperation, giving way to terror when confronted by the enemy.

Payment & Shipping
We want you to have your item as soon as possible - therefore the sooner you pay us the quicker we will process your item/s. Payment is to be made within 48 hours of purchase where possible and no later than 7 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure your shipping address includes the correct house name or number, post town and correct postcode. For Paypal customers be advised your item will shipped to the address stated on your Paypal transaction, and not to your registered ebay address (this is often out of date). We will then aim to process and ship your item/s within 48 hours of cleared funds (72 hours if ordered over a weekend / bank holiday) and delivered within 10 - 14 working days thereafter (often quicker, see our feedback).
Payments can be made via Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order.
If you pay by either cheque, postal order or Paypal e-cheque your item will be processed as soon as the payment has cleared. Please send your payment within 48 hours of purchase and ensure you enclose details of the item along with your name and full postal address - if you don't supply this, we don't know the payment is from you!
Cheques and postal orders are banked the day they are received (Monday - Friday) and require 3 full working days to clear. Paypal e-cheques are similar to personal cheques and can take upto 10 days to clear.
Collection of goods is not available and we will only despatch goods to the UK - including Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. We don't post items overseas. Multiple purchases may be sent separately and therefore items may not arrive in one packet.
We follow Royal Mail guidelines regarding Late or Lost mail - If you believe your item may be lost in the post then contact us after the 15th working day of postage and we will investigate for you (the Royal Mail will not investigate until after the 15th working day). Some items sent are trackable, but we only know if their is a potential delivery problem if you advise us.
Communication & Feedback
We try our best to keep you informed regarding the status of your purchase. We will contact you via the email address you have registered with ebay (not ebay messages) to advise of confirmation of payment received and also when your item/s has been shipped. Finally our systems will give you positive feedback as soon as you have left positive feedback for us - this also tells us that you have received your goods and that you are happy with your item!
In the unfortunate event that you have a query or problem then contact us via the ebay messaging system and we will investigate and deal with the matter promptly for you - emails are monitored throughout the day, Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and are usually responded to within 4 hrs. Messages received at Weekends and Bank Holidays are usually responded to within 8 hrs.
Unlike some ebayers we don't ignore your messages and take pride in our customer service!
Finally we want this to be an easy purchase and transaction for all - therefore if you don't intend to pay, don't buy from us. Non-payers will be reported to ebay and action taken where necessary.
