Payment

We require payment by Paypal and would expect to receive your payment within 3 days. Overseas buyers must always pay through paypal. We always post promptly on receipt of payment.

Shipping

Please note our generous combined postal/shipping discounts on multiple purchases ie full cost for the item with the highest postage and 50% off the listed shipping costs on ALL subsequent items. Our postage discounts are automated for simplicity and have been arrived at after much consideration. They are very generous taking account of ALL of our associated costs so we are unable to offer further discounts and they are non-negotiable. If you wish to take advantage of our combined shipping discounts click on Buy It Now for ALL the items you require BEFORE completing checkout. Overseas buyers please note multiple items weighing in excess of 2kg may be shipped in more than one package and consequently may not arrive simultaneously.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the item and wish to return it you may do so within 7 of receipt providing the item is unused and unopened in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of the item but not the postage/packaging fee. The buyer must pay for the return postage. We may also charge a handling/restocking fee of up to £1 per item. Please ensure your item does indeed reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post. NB: Whilst we will always post your order promptly please note that once placed in the hands of the postal services these items are beyond our control and may very occasionally be late or lost. Please note we cannot consider an item as late or lost for the purposes of processing refunds/replacements until the royal mail themselves consider the item to be so ie after 15 working days has expired (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) or 21 working days for overseas customers.
