·         My item despatch days are Friday’s however if you require something sooner please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.

·         Item will be posted to winning bidder only once payment has cleared.

·         Postage is by Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service taking 3-5 working days. 

·         I will obtain a certificate of postage, but cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. If you require insured / signed for / tracked postage please let me know and I will provide a price.   Postage can be arranged for overseas buyers.  Please contact me.

·         My preferred payment option is PayPal

·         If payment has not been received within 7 days of auction ending the offending buyer will be reported and the item will be re-opened as a second chance offer.

·         Item can be returned in its original condition and a refund will be made. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer should contact me within 2 days of receipt if you wish to return item. Refund will be made once I have received the item and confirmed it is in its original state.

·         Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
