If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Since we deal with several sources, we will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s).
We guarantee that all products you buy from our furniture ranges are brand new and free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Details:

NB: When you accept delivery of your item(s), if you are unhappy with any aspect of the delivery or the items, please make a note explaining exactly what the problem is on the Proof of Delivery document you will be asked to sign. If you do not do this, we may not be able to accept returns requests.

Delivery within 14 days - We hold stock of all our suites, however there be occassions where dues to market conditions we find ourselves out of stock of certain products. If this happens we will contact you immediately.

White glove delivery - Normally £99 But For A Short Period FREE!

Receiving your items for the White Glove Delivery

This is our specialised delivery service. We send out two experienced members of staff who deliver, assemble and remove packaging of your new furniture. When using the white glove delivery option two members of our experienced distribution team will deliver your goods. We will then assemble the goods and situate them in a room of your choice. Packaging from the goods which you have purchased will be removed and disposed of by them. Once the goods have been taken to a room of your choice you will be asked to inspect the goods and sign the consignment document if the goods have been delivered in good condition

!!We DO NOT charge you for delivery!!

Returns:

To return an item due to damages and/or discrepancies, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. This enables us to arrange the return quickly and efficiently.

All returned items should be sent back in the same condition as they were received, suitably packaged for transit.

If a return is made for reason that is not the fault of ours then you will be expected to pay for the courier and a 25% restocking fee.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you will be immediately refunded.
