Payment

Pay Pal, debit / credit cards over the phone, cash on collection. Transaction must be completed within 7 working days of purchase.

Postage and Packaging

All items will be despatched in the appropriate packaging to ensure their safe delivery. Postage will be by 1^st class Royal Mail or a courier dependant on the weight and value of the item. All items will need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the address we are posting to. We currently only ship to the UK and cannot ship to BFPO addresses.

Stock Availability

Items listed are normally in stock at our premises and will be despatched the same or next working day on receiving cleared funds. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery time and aim to keep you informed.

Refunds

If an item is found to be damaged or significantly different from it's description a full refund including all postage costs will be given. If the item is simply not what you wanted or you wish to return for any other reason the buyer will be liable for all return postage costs and the item will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Items being returned must be unused and in resalable condition. We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we cannot offer a refund for items which we have not received.

Exchanges

If an item does not fit correctly we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size if the buyer agrees to pay for postage both ways. Please see the sizing section below before purchasing any items of clothing

Sizing

To reduce unnecessary returns and time delays we recommend that you link to our sizing chart prior to placing your order to ensure the item purchased is the correct size for you.
