A Danfoss Electro Mechanical 24-hour timeswitch.  Can be used to control your heating on/off twice a day.  With selector switch for water heating also.  Comes with instructions.

Used, so there are some scratches and paint marks on the grey bottom plate, and a section removed from the bottom to allow cables through.  In perfect working order though - I've just had it removed to install a new boiler.
