We accept PayPal, money orders payable in US dollars, and Visa and Mastercard.  If paying by anything other than PayPal, credit card, or  USPS money order, shipping may be delayed until bank clearance. 

Sales tax of 7% will be charged to any item sold to a buyer with a Georgia residence.

Return Policy Details: Refund of purchase price if item is not as represented, if we are notified immediately and we receive returned item asap after such notification. All shipping is buyer's responsibility.  Items indicated "as Is" may not be returned.  Other items may have factory or manufacturer warranties and will be noted in the listing.  If that is the case you should contact the manufacturer with problems.  The item will arrive with the warranty information. 

No return or refund if 1st class shipping is selected and these items are not insurable or trackable.

All shipping, including any return shipping if necessary, is buyer's responsibility.   PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS. Using the shipping calculator on ebay will, in many cases, give you a good estimate of shipping costs but for exact cost contact us either before or after purchase. In addition to the carrier charge we charge a standard fee of $7.50 for packaging and handling to cover expenses such as packing materials and employee time. This fee also covers insurance.   Where shipping calculator is available in listing, our packaging and handling fee is included in that calculated figure. For selected items such as books, photographs and other small items that require less effort and materials to package and ship and low cost to insure this fee will be reduced to $3.50. Ground shipping is usually through FedEx but the ebay calculator for UPS will give an approximation of ground shipping cost. 

Note to international buyers:  It is unlawful for us to mark an item as a gift on the customs declaration when it is a sales transaction.  We will not do it so please do not ask. It is your responsibility to know the customs requirements, import fees, and size limitations for imported items.
