• Delivery to All UK mainland within 3-5 working days after cleared funds.
• You  must provide us with  your contact telephone number within time for accurate delivery, otherwise your delivery could be delayed.
• We shall confirm the  delivery day through e-mail. Please check your email regularly  after your purchase.
• Please check your goods carefully before signing and only sign the delivery note once you are satisfied that the goods are in perfect condition. If delivery note is signed then no claim for damage or faulty goods can be made thereafter.
• All our consignments require a signature on delivery. A card will be delivered if no one is at home to accept the delivery. Please call to the given number on card to re arrange the delivery. Please reply promptly to these given number to avoid the consignment being returned to us and you incurring the 2nd postage charge of £20.00.
• All deliveries are done by 3rd party courier services. It's a one man delivery service and the driver may need your assistance to unload your goods.

Warranty/Return Policy

• Returns can only be accepted within 10 days of receiving the goods. Before returning goods please contact us to confirm that you are returning the item.

• We can arrange to return the item on customer behalf but customer will be pay cost of returning item.

• There is 90 days manufacture warranty. So if there is any manufacture fault you can return the item but you will bear the cost of returning the item and we will bear the cost of re-sending the goods.

• The item must be returned in the original packaging be unused and returned in a safe packaging/manner. Failure to do this will affect your refund as goods will be inspected and a refund could be reduced or refused. Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.  

• If, when your item is delivered there is damage to the outside of the boxes, please do not sign the delivery note 'damaged packaging & unchecked'. Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 24 hours since we have insurance with our courier companies.

• If you find your item is damaged and you didn't sign the delivery, contact us as soon as possible,  we shall arrange to send you another one.
