Daiwa 501 (Silver Logo Version) Vintage Fixed Spool Reel in Excellent Condition. 

We aim to describe all vintage reels to the best of our ability providing as much information as practical. Condition however can be subjective for example a reel we describe as being excellent you may only consider average! With this in mind we always provide at least one quality photograph of the item and recommend that you examine it carefully to ensure you are completely satisfied on condition before bidding.  If you are not sure about the condition of a reel or simply require a bit more information then please let us know and we will do our best to provide this.

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch you purchase within 48 hours from receipt of your payment. We do not make a profit from shipping and charge only the actual cost plus a small amount to cover packing materials.

Whenever possible we are happy to combine purchases and pass on any saving to our customers. Our packing is second to none and it does not matter if we are shipping to Birmingham UK or Birmingham USA your item will be carefully and securely packed to minimise the risk of it being damaged in transit.

Within the UK we use the following postal services:

• Royal Mail First Class for small/medium size items valued under £30.00

• Royal Mail Recorded 1^st Class for small/medium size items over £30.00

• DHL, UPS or other courier service for large, heavy or extra long items.

Outside the UK we use the following postal services:

• Royal Mail Air Mail for small/medium size items valued under £20.00

• Royal Mail International Signed For for small/medium size items valued over £20.00

Should you request another postal service then we will endeavour to satisfy your requirements whenever practical.

Insurance is included within the shipping price quoted on all our auctions and a certificate of posting is obtained for every item we dispatch.

For UK transactions we accept payment in UK Pounds (£) using PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. For transactions outside the UK we accept payments in UK Pounds (£), USA Dollars ($), Euros (€) and Japanese Yen (¥) using PayPal or Bank Transfer. When using PayPal, immediate payment is required. When using Bank Transfer, all associated costs to be born by the buyer.

When we accept payment by PayPal they charge a fee which is deducted from the amount the buyer pays us currently around 3.5% on UK and 4% on none UK transactions. We do not pass this cost on to our customers however in return we request immediate payment on all PayPal transactions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with an item you have purchased from us then you may return it within 10 days for a full refund less the original cost of post, packing and insurance provided it is received in the same condition that it was originally despatched.

If you return an item that was inaccurately described in our auction then you will also receive a refund of your original post, packing and insurance along with the cost of returning the item to us.

1.  Please do not ask us to end an auction early as this will not be possible.

2.  Auctions with a reserve price always state what the reserve price is.

3.  We try to respond to all enquiries by return however from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances this may not be possible. Whenever possible please try to allow at least 12 hours prior to the end of the auction for us to respond to your enquiry.

4.  With the exception of PayPal, payment for an auction win is required within 72 hours of the auctions end date and time.
