Postage:
All orders within the UK are sent "Frist Class Recorded" and a signature is required upon delivery. International orders are sent "Royal Mail International Signed For" and a signature is also required upon delivery.
The Postage and Packaging charge includes a gift box (were appropriate), Royal Mail approved packaging and the actual cost of postage.

Payments:
UK: We are happy to accept payment by credit/debit card, paypal, Cheque or Postal Order. To pay by credit/debit card you'll need to give us a call on 0800 043 4850 after the auction, please have the auction number or your ebay user name at hand when you call so we can identify your winning auction.
International: We can only accept paypal payments from non UK buyers, if you're unable to pay by paypal please contact us before bidding.

For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of sets which contain earrings for pierced ears. We do of coarse still guarantee all goods sold and will happily replace or repair any item returned under warranty.
Please note we can not make exceptions to the policy of non return of sets containing earrings so please don't ask.
All other items may be returned for refund excluding postage and packaging costs as stated in our ebay returns policy.
