Dainty Foley China Cup & Saucer ~ Aberdeen University
A really pretty cup and saucer by Foley decorated with 'Aberdeen University' crest and colourful thistles. The base shows The Foley China England backstamp and says 'Manufactured for W McBurnley China Rooms Aberdeen and the Rgd No 115510 which is stamped on the base of the cup and impressed into the base of the saucer. Both pieces are fluted. The cup handle is decorated to look like bamboo.

Cup height ~ 5cm approx
Cup diameter ~ 7.5cm approx
Saucer diameter ~ 13cm approx.
Condition:
Very good, with only slight rubbing to the gilt trim.
A lovely duo that will enhance any collection.
