Dune 2000 gives you the option to play one of three distinct fighting forces: the noble House Atreides, loyal to Duke Leto Atreides; the evil House Harkonnen, led by the ruthless and greedy Baron Harkonnen; or the mysterious House Ordos, controlled by a cadre of wealthy families, about whom little is known

 

Each house is radically different from the other with varying strengths and weaknesses, different units, technologies, and different philosophies towards war

 

In addition, different stories will unfold depending on the house you have chosen
