Items can be returned only if there is a genuine reason why. Contact must be made by email first. Please note postage costs are not refunded, as we cannot get postage costs refunded on our side. 
 
Opened products e.g. wallpaper/border that has been taken out of it’s cellophane wrapper will not be accepted back as it is not in a saleable condition or if a tin of paint has been opened and used this item will not be accepted back. 

If there is a fault with a product all labels must be kept as well as the faulty sample of paper - it has to be sent off to be tested. Money will not be refunded until the item has been declared officially faulty 

If an item is damaged in transit the product and all related packaging must also be kept for insurance reasons - money will not be refunded until the item has been declared damaged.

If an item has been lost in the post - a claim has to be put in to Royal Mail and money can not be refunded until the item has been declared officially lost in the post. 

There is a 15% restocking charge - please note postage charges are not refunded, unless the item is lost or damaged.
