All our products are insured whilst in transit free of charge in case of any damage. Please make sure that any damaged boxes are signed for as "box damaged goods unchecked" if this procedure is not followed then you will not be covered for damaged goods. The customer is required to e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods.

WARRANTY |
Our watches come with a manufacturers warranty for one year. We warranty manufacturing and material defects only, not defects due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect. Our repair turn around is usually 2 to 6 weeks. If a watch needs to be repaired, please ship the watch to us, using insured trackable service. Before returning a watch for service, please contact us for a repair authorization number. If the watch is taken to another watchmaker, our warranty no longer applies.

The batteries gets semi charged up by our technical team in UK, in order to be able to test all its functions and we place our store logo in photo files as our signature, with this procedure we eliminate the fault factor and provide better service for our clients.

RETURNS |
Please remember that if you would like to return or exchange an item purchased during the return policy period, you must email our customer service at sunar@btinternet.com for a Return Authorisation
In order to maintain our exceptionally low prices, as well as the quality of our mobile phone watches, may be returned in their original, unused condition, within 7 days of original delivery date for a refund. We refund the customer in full with the same method that the payment was received except for our shipping fee, eBay advertising charges. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.
Customer is responsible to bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or can not be held responsible for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
In the unlikely event (due to strict quality control as mentioned in the warranty section) of the phone watch being faulty we will replace the phone watch with a new one and we will also bare the postal charges, but, we will not refund.
