Since the dawn of time (in our little world), Our industry has been faced with one pivotal question: "who makes the best case and range of cases for my personal electronic device?"

Luckily, in the modern world we are able to chuckle at such lame questions, and answer with full certainty that, yes, in-fact i-nique/Tuff-Luv cases are the best around.

Through time-tested case engineering practices, we've managed to crank out the best there is for most main-stream devices (and some really dodgy ones too!). Some even before the devices are available on the market! So keep an eye on us. Often, when you've been anticipating that new electronic whatsit you've pre-ordered, you can order a case for it too! We remain on the lemon-juice covered, razor edge of technological advancement which is why we always have been, and always will be the one, the only, i-nique!

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card (via Paypal), Paypal, Postal Orders, and cheques. Prices include VAT. Please use the eBay checkout to complete your purchase(s). Non-paying bidders - our cancellation fee is £2.50 should you wish to cancel your bid after purchasing. This is to cover all admin, Ebay and ancillary costs to our business. On non-payment we are obliged to initiate a non-paying bidder strike as per standard Ebay terms and conditions. This payment can be made by Paypal or by cheque. Goods will only be shipped once payments have cleared.

All the prices you see include UK VAT - no additional taxes to pay in the EU.

Goods sent overseas outside EU are declared at sales price exclude postage as per your local country requirements; any import duties are your own obligation and responsibility.

The default postage method is royal mail 2nd class; this is a 3-day service which does not bear any insurance, nor will you receive a tracking number. We offer a range of quicker and more secure postage options - please see at the checkout.

For peace of mind, we recommend strongly that you elect the 24hr-48hr recorded delivery service.

As per Royal Mail terms and conditions, we can only deem an item lost in the mail after 16 days (30 days for overseas orders).

Please DO NOT bid or purchase if you find our price or postage costs unreasonable; we set a base line amount to ensure we recover ALL our distribution costs, not just the cost of the stamp. We will file non-paying bidders against all buyers who do not pay for their item.

Returns

General
We offer no-questions-asked refunds if the goods are returned in their new/unopened state within 14 days of purchase (UK Based), or 30 days (rest of world) for both faulty and non-faulty goods. We do not offer refunds after this period (unless pre-agreed), but we do offer an exchange service based on our guarantee period. All cases come with a lifetime guarantee (subject to conditions), and electronic items 1 year.

When returning stock please complete a Returns Authorisation Form (below). Goods return without the correct documentation will be subject to processing delay.




Faulty Goods
If the item appears faulty within 1 year of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement.

Non-defective earphones cannot be returned once opened (for hygiene reasons).


Unwanted Goods
Under the Distance Selling Act, within 14 days these can be returned for a full refund (less £2.50 handling fee) for any reason. After 14 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £2.50 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater. We will gladly however swap the unwanted goods for other items.


Postage
We pride ourselves on a free domestic UK (uninsured) return service. However to ensure we receive them, we recommend that all returned items must be sent by recorded post, as we are not responsible for unreceived goods. The cost of returning items recorded is the responsibility of the customer. You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us. Returns must be accompanied by the return form. Failure to use the return form as specified in our T&C, will forfeit your right to any compensation. We aim to process returns within 10 days. We will at our discretion, for goods that are returned between 14-30 days unused / unopened, offer an exchange service - exceptions may apply, please obtain approval first. This extended period is to cover non-UK sales. For goods being returned from outside the UK, the customer must bear the full cost of this.
