I accept Paypal, personal cheque and postal order payment or cash on collection for bulkier items. Please complete eBay Checkout within 3 days of the auction end to confirm payment method and unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 10 days of auction end.
Cheque / crossed PO payment - item will be despatched as soon as payment clears, which could take up to 10 working days from me receiving payment to it clearing through my account as I only bank items twice a week. Therefore if you need/would like your item quickly, then the best way to pay is via PayPal or uncrossed postal order, as they do not need to clear through my bank account.

Small Packages/Parcels
All items are sent Recorded Delivery and postage charges are clearly stated, which include a handling charge as items have to be wrapped (envelopes/wrapping paper/packaging tape/address labels/documents enclosed envelopes, etc. all cost me money to purchase, although I do try to use recycled packaging where I can and where possible the postage costs will be reduced to reflect this) and transported to the post office and this all takes time & money. Please be aware it is not just the cost of the stamp! e.g., if an item weighed 200g it would cost £3.12 to post 1st class (£1.62 for the postage element, £0.75 for the Recorded Delivery element and £0.75 for packing materials). If you don't agree with the postage costs, please do not bid or leave negative/neutral comments in feedback

Discounts for Multiple Purchases
I am always happy to combine multiple purchases and a discount will apply, postage will be based on the combined weight of the items purchased plus the Recorded Delivery Element and my Packaging costs. If you do win multiple items, please wait for your invoice before paying, this means that you will be paying the correct postage and saves me time processing any applicable refunds or changing postage options as if the items weigh over 1Kg they are not able to be sent 2nd class and I need to be able to reflect this in the costs!
Lost/Damaged Items
I take the time to parcel my items securely, my responsibility for transit ends at the post office, if an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will send you the recorded delivery certificate for you to chase up with the post office. Please note that the maximum compensation which can be claimed via Recorded Delivery is £39.00 (if sent 1st class), therefore if you purchase an item which is worth more than this it is recommended that you take out the additional insurance, which will be detailed either on the postage options or you can email me separately requesting the total.
I do not accept returns because an item of clothing does not fit as the sizes are clearly stated, together with measurements where applicable, therefore please make sure you check the sizing/measurements prior to bidding on an item.
If however there is a genuine problem with the item please contact me via "Ask Seller a Question" section in eBay within 3 days of receipt of your item and we can work out a solution agreeable to both parties.
If, upon receipt of your item you do have a genuine problem with it please contact me and I will do my utmost to rectify the situation, please don't just leave negative/neutral feedback as I would rather work things out amicably than receive negative/neutral feedback. Please remember, if I do not know you have a problem then I cannot do anything to try and fix it!
